It is located off of Lee Road in Lithia Springs, Georgia right behind Lithia Springs High School. It has a nice brick (rock) fireplace, living room upstairs, and a entertainment room/den downstairs which is extremely large. Also, the property has a back deck and 2 garages.The home is being renovated at the moment with new wood floors, painting, new bedroom doors, new front porch steps, roof, and new tile in entry walk way. The neighbors are great. Rent is $1000 month and deposit $1000 but the deposit can be worked out with the agreement of both parties. There is a one year contract.
