Conceptual Target Marketing is a technique of marketing products or services on a website that will drive clients to a specific product or service based on their individual selected needs. An example of this might be a survey that asks a question like:

“If you were to buy a home in Atlanta, would you likely purchase on the North or East Side?”

If the user selected “North” they would be directed to a page that sells houses on the North side. By targeting the traffic in this way you stand much greater chance of selling a house on the North side.
