The cost of wood flooring depends on the variety of wood you desire to have installed. We do ask that the new wood to be installed in your home or business be delivered about a week in advance. that insures that the wood is able to acclimate to the environment and conditions in your home. this process in turn means that the wood installed will look its best for many years to come. with less gaps between the bords on the floor.
We also install base, trim, pergo, laminate and prefinished flooring aswell
If you desire we are also able to offer dustless floor sanding and refinishing for as low as 1.50per sq foot. but you must request dustless before or during an estimate
All prices vary depending on availibility of products and what your project involves
Custom color and stain matching for an additional charge.
