Online jewelry store has an immediate opening available for a candidate who is dependable, will stay with the company and can work well under pressure.
Must have clear and strong phone voice, exceptional verbal and written skills. At least 2 years of experience in sales/customer service is a must.
Responsibility includes answering in bound calls, assisting customers with customer service issues/questions/concerns. Up selling to clients, follow up calls and answering emails is involved. Shipping is involved. Compensation is $ 10 for 2 week training, then $ 12 hourly with opportunity to make commissions. After 6 month of employment, compensation is $ 13.50 an hour and after 12 month of employment, hourly compensation is $ 15 hourly.
Candidate must have great attitude, do all tasks that are asked on the job and listen. A lot of multi-tasking is involved. Must have no criminal background and great references.
