Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper, you will:

Make apartments prospect ready for new residents to include: identifying damages and cleaning required in and around the apartments.
Help prospects to see Post in the best light by keeping office areas sparkling.
Maintain the signature Post quality in all common areas including: fitness center, laundry area and business and community centers.



Qualifications:
Work independently while prioritizing a variety of activities.
Have a strong set of customer service skills.
Perform various physical activities with both hands.
Carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
Operate property-related equipment such as a vacuum, golf cart or motor vehicle.
Read and understand basic instructions and documents.
Bilingual is a plus.
