Hello, I have posted before and I have recieved a few emails all of which are greatly appreciated. There has been so many people offer a home to rent for myhusband, my 2 children and I to rent, and we thank you all. But we are looking for a few certain things and if you have this to offer please email us, we are running out of time. We are a nice family, my husband is very hardworking and out children are very good children. We would like to rent a house, not an apartment. We want to move out of Gwinnett, we want to move loser North. (Winder, Buford, Suwanee, Cumming!!! love Cumming, Ga, Newborn, etc....No where near downdowtn, Gwinnett, Decatur, etc...) We do not want to rent a shared home. We can only afford 750 a month or lower, need atleast 2 baths and 2 bedrooms. We would appreciate it if people would be honest with us right up front so there is no problems and we will do the same in return. We dont like people to lie and we don't lie either. With that being said I really hope there is something out there for us. The reason we are needing to move is for many reason. We have had problems with this apartment complex, they dont fix things, we went without heat, air, a stove, etc.....We also had someone try to kick in our door and rob us. I am scared to keep living here. I want a place where I feel safe with my windows open to get air, a place where the smoker and drinkers dont party outside my front door, a place where I cant play with my babies in the yad and know we are ok. I want more for my children, a good education, safety, etc......So, if you have something that may be good for us PLEASE email us. We are good people, honest, hardworking, loyal and very trustworthy, clean and tighty, etc....Thank you!
