We need a place from mid December through April. We need 2 bedrooms but 3 works. We have 2 small, well-trained dogs and would prefer a yard but can do without. We also have an 8 year old and are in the process of finding a Montessori school for her. We need a furnished place. We have excellent references. Thanks!
