I am a college junior looking for a furnished apartment in Midtown, Buckhead, or downtown. I have a fellowship which will pay for my rent up to $1000, but only what is on the lease. Therefore, I need utilities to be included. I am very responsible, friendly, and respectful, and will take excellent care of any property rented to me. If need be I would be open to a roommate (female only please). I am currently studying abroad in Morocco and return on Dec. 15th, and will need something between that day and January 3rd (I'm flexible), to rent until about mid-May or a bit later. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, and though I love animals, I have pet allergies :(, so please none of the above. My needs are as follows:
