PLEASE READ THIS POST. I will not reply to the many people desperately trying to rent who will slam my mailbox with cut and paste replies of their ads / rentals.
1) looking for a rental - may consider a "rent / own" option but only if a very good deal to me in a place I really want to live..... but that's NOT what I'm looking for.
2) I'm very happy where I am now and do not need to leave but if I can find a GREAT place I love that also fits with #3, then I may
3) I'm a drummer and would like to find a place where I can play now and then (just hobby, not often.) I'd be VERY respectful of neighbors and such and am a great tenant and neighbor - it's just not possible in an apartment or loft.
4) Prefer: Virginia Highlands, Midtown, Piedmont Park, Candler Park, Inman Park, L5P, Old 4th Ward, West Midtown. May consider Decatur. Would prefer to be near (short walk) to the neighborhood stores / cafes / shops, etc. Also prefer modern kitchen. Wood-burning fireplace would be a huge plus.
