I am a 26 yr old single woman and professional. I currently reside in Philadelphia and am looking to relocate to Atlanta as soon as I secure a place to live. I am interested in the following areas: Midtown, Little 5 Points, Inman Park, Atlantic Station and Virginia Highlands. I am interested in lofts and apartments and like high rises in particular. I am looking for a modern, clean and safe place that offers nearby shopping, restaurants and nightlife. I would prefer that most if not all utilities were included as well as parking and on site laundry (I would really prefer a w/d in the unit). I would like to put down no more than 1 month's rent total to move in...So, if the rent is 900, I am only interested in putting down 900 to secure the apartment and then first month's rent upon move move in. I have professional and renter references but I do not have great credit (working on that now). Please contact me with your offers.
