Established professional single 40+ male is seeking a furnished 1-2 bedroom apt or condo or a furnished 2-3 bedroom townhouse/duplex. I have no geographical restrictions in the Atlanta metro area, so I am good from Norcross to College Park. I am trying to expand my small business into the Atlanta market, so I prefer a 3-6 month lease – but I would consider a longer lease depending on the unit. For a shorter lease, I am willing to pay a number of months in advance depending on the unit.
Apts/condos on the top floor of low-rise buildings (2-3 floors) are preferred.
I prefer an arrangement where all the utilities are included – but that is not a deal breaker depending on the unit. It must have a washer/dryer in the unit or in the building. I have no preference as to wood floors vs. carpeting. I have no preference as to central air/heat or window units. It would be great if the unit is in walking distance to Marta/bus, but that is not a must because I do have a car. I am a non-smoker with no children and no pets.
