Need the following rental. We are moving from Michigan to Atlanta. My husband will be working in downtown Atlanta so we would ideally like to be as close as possible to the city in a good safe family-oriented neighbourhood.
Here is what we would be looking for:
* 3 bedroom / 2 bath home or townhome in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to parks or playgrounds
* All appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc.)
* We either want to be located near a train station (for suburban properties further out) or where my driving commute into town is no greater than 20 minutes.
* If a home, we'd like to have a fenced yard. If a townhome, we'd like to have a ground-floor entrance. A ranch-style home would be preferrable but is not necessary.
* If possible, we'd like to be near (even better if within walking distance) to shopping areas and/or cafes.
* We would like to stay somewhere under $1400, but we aren't ruling anything out. Obviously, the less expensive the better, so if you can swing something around $1000 - 1200, that would be really appreciated.
