I am relocating from Cincinnati, OH and am looking to pay up to six months in advance. For this I expect to possibly have some leverage to negotiate to my ideal monthly price of of $1100 a month. I'm looking for an apartment/condo/townhome that comes with equipped kitches (preferably stainless steel, possibly granite, spacious, etc.), possibly an amenity based unit but mostly looking for somewhere great to live. Please respond to this post if you have such a unit available.
