AV rated, mid-sized insurance defense firm seeks workers’ compensation paralegal with at least 1 to 3 years of workers' compensation insurance defense experience. Candidates must have significant experience, preparing pleadings, assisting attorneys with written discovery, and interviewing potential witnesses for litigation purposes. A strong sense of serving the client, high quality work and a superior work ethic are required.
