I am an experienced legal secretary and paralegal with 25+ years of experience, a Batchelor's Degree from West Florida and a certified paralegal with a Paralegal Certificate from Kennesaw State. I am equally adept in both positions, and have no preference for one over the other. Is the wolf at your door and you can't afford a $200/ $300/ more $$$ per hour attorney? Let me help you. If you have already decided to pack the basket and go on a picnic with the wolf - let me tag along and bring the wine. I can guide you through the quagmire of litigation, tell you what to expect, review your documents, tell you where to find what you need. I can also tell you when you need an attorney and should not even conceive of going it alone on a pro se basis. I CAN assist you if you have decided to represent yourself in a legal matter, including:

• incorporations,
• simple divorce,
• immigration matters,
• collection,
• foreclosure,
• landlord/tenant disputes,
• eviction,
• contracts,
• grant writing
• forming a 501(c)(3) and

a plethora of other matters. I CAN assist you in reviewing

• legal documents,
• pleadings,
• motions,
• discovery and
• correspondence (demand letters, collection, etc.)

I CAN assist you with form, format, research, statutes and Georgia court rules and the do's and don'ts of pro se litigation and what to watch out for from the Courts and its clerks and opposing counsel. I can walk you through the litigation process. However, if you are seeking a legal opinion - don’t call - the Bar says I can't give that to you nor would I try. However, if you have already made a determination that you are going to file your OWN lawsuit and “pays your money and takes your chances” - I will help you. If you are completely unfamiliar with the judicial process, you REALLY don't want to go into this totally blind. At least spend a few bucks to talk this through with someone who's been there many many many times. In most cases, I charge a fair flat fee but will occasionally agree to an hourly rate and it is payable by paypal, cash or personal check. Please do not call me with “I have a pleading due tomorrow” or “I have to be in court in the morning” unless you have cash! I don’t work for free.

On A Personal Note...
I am single, own my own home and have no obligations that would limit the hours or days I work. I have no children or grandchildren that would require me to take time off and no health problems that would demand unplanned absences. I have successfully worked for attorneys that were labeled "impossible" because I work the way the attorney wants me to work, not the way I choose to work, I listen to and follow instructions but am also quite capable of making thoughtful, independent, analytical decisions. I have worked at some of Atlanta’s premier large firms.
