Must have experience in the marketing & advertising industry
Must be able to write creative ads for Creative Investors that generate leads from internet marketing
Must be proficient in Internet Marketing... facebook, twitter, etc.
Must have experience in creating direct mailers that generate calls, Website design & squeeze pages that generate clicks to conversions & creative writing in order to generate leads
Must have drive & determination & be willing to come up with new ideas to assist in the overall expansion of the company's creativity

Job Description: To generate leads by marketing and advertising. Must be a team player looking to grow in your position with the company.

About Our Company: We are a Real Estate Investment Company that buys and sells properties creatively in todays market. On average, we close 5-10 properties a month. We hope to double those numbers by adding this new position. Your position is paid by percentage on each deal. Please keep in mind, that if you are bringing in the 5-10 leads a month that are closing, you will be paid a generous percentage on each. The better your marketing and advertising techniques, the more money we all make- as a team. This job requires anywhere from 2-3 hours a day to whatever you decide works best for you. Your leads are generated on a software program held at the corporate office, so we know whose lead comes in.

This position has the potential to become full time if you possess excellent phone skills, customer service skills, & sales ability. At a full time position, you will start at $14/Hr and you also have the ability to make 2-3 X's more on leads & sales which increases your pay tremendously.
