Giving money to people who do absolutely nothing only directs money and help to takers, and not the people who are actually trying to work and survive.

Charity given to takers is a losing proposition that just breeds more an more takers and requires more and more tickets written to hard working americans by cops. Takers who give nothing back to society are recipients of charity, while the hard working tax payers are the recipients of tickets from cops.
