I will not be back until another day, but business is here now. The deal with Ron Paul's stance on those social issues. I don't agree with RP 100%; he just happens to be one of the few politicians not serving special interests first. He serves logic and principles first.

To his defense, Ron Paul is a strict constitutionalist. He is not a socialist statist (Democrats) nor an imperialist (Republicans).

He says that the FEDERAL government should not be involved in drug or other social legislation. By the constitution the matter lies with the STATES. Context is everything.
He believes the constitution says such issues should be left to the states to decide, and if a state chooses to legalize marijuana, cocaine, heroin and/or prostitution, so be it.

In some ways I believe both Republicans and Democrats want the Federal government to be much more powerful than the States.
Both want to run your lives.

Sin is an individual matter and not a state policy.
Individual freedom should extend until it infringes on another's freedom.

It is so simple, but the parties would rather have control and serve their special interests.
