I am a fun professional female 31 yrs old, looking for responsible roommate. I am offering one room plus bathroom for $600 ( utilities included) and use of everything in home. Room is large with lots of light and huge walking closet. There is plenty of storage in the house as well, if you need extra. Room has some furniture (bed, small desk and some shelves ) If you need furniture, you are welcome to use it, if not, I will be glad to move it.

House is two stories , both bedrooms are upstairs (roommate floor plan), large living room, fireplace, dining room, big kitchen (dishwasher , microwave, washer /dryer). There is a nice patio outside as well.
