Our aggressive e-sales agents each close $150,000 to $250,000 per month in flooring sales that ship nationwide.

If you are an EXPERIENCED, SKILLED SALES CLOSER, this is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor with no capped commission structure.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Basic computer operating skills
* Call Center Sales Experience (Inbound and Outbound)- if you exude a confident presence on the phone you will be highly successful in one of these roles
* 4 years of high volume telephone sales experience required
* Flooring industry experience preferred; yet, definitely not required. If you have a natural sales ability, we offer significant product training!
* A positive “can do” winning attitude
* An aggressive desire to make a significant amount of money
* Exceptional previous sales specific references required

o Effectively analyzes customers' needs and presents the right product solution.
o Suggests product options and offers sample packs to customers
o Use aggressive sales closing skills to close first-time callers via phone
