Job Qualifications:
DMA Housing, Inc. is seeking someone that has experience with a long sales cycle and is proactive, assertive and driven. The ideal candidate will be professional, outgoing, confident, extremely organized, and should possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills. The ability to work productively in a highly autonomous environment is essential. A bachelor’s degree is required. An emphasis on marketing or communications is a plus. Must have reliable transportation and a home office located in Atlanta or equally accessible area. Demonstrated success in business development and relationship management is required.

Job Description:
The purpose of the Area Manager position is to develop and maintain relationships with clients in order to generate referral business. The Area Manager will be responsible for both maintaining existing corporate contacts as well as generating new clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: networking accounts, prospecting, cold calling, preparing presentations, maintaining a client base, maintaining computer tracking reports, joining associations, monitoring competition and problem solving with customers. The territory consists of: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee. Regular overnight travel is required.

This is the ideal opportunity for the right individual to establish a highly rewarding part-time sales career. Compensation consists of a base salary plus a bonus plan and an auto allowance. Work hours are three days per week (24 hours per week). Compensation: $15,000/yr base plus monthly bonus (Expected earnings $22,000 to $35,000/yr).
