Inside Sales Representative

Wandering WiFi provides solutions for secure internet access and wireless network & device management. The company deploys wireless solutions for over 500 customers across the country, with locations including airports, cafes, hotels, hospitals, retail stores, and corporate offices. Wandering WiFi is currently seeking a talented Inside Sales Representatives to join their rapidly growing team. The Inside Sales Rep will participate in telephone discussions with executives regarding their needs for public and private internet access and wireless network / mobile device management solutions.
This a part-time positions with flexible hours, with the potential to grow into a full time position.
It is a significant requirement the Inside Sales Representative be articulate, professional, and has the ability to ask and answer intelligent questions. The Inside Sales Representative must be able to communicate complex solutions clearly and must be eager and quick to learn.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

• Cold calling specializing in prospecting to executives to identify business and systems needs
• Handle inbound leads and outbound lead follow-up
• Appointment setting
• Manage and nurture pipeline of prospects
• Execute campaigns in support of marketing initiatives
• Identify senior level decision makers and influencers within client organizations
• Understand prospects’ buying criteria and general business needs
• Utilizing a leading-edge CRM system, Salesforce.com, for sales opportunity distribution and reporting

Qualification Requirements:

• A minimum of two years business to business lead generation / telephone sales experience
• Knowledge of the high-tech sales cycles
• Strong track record of high performance and achievement
• Positive and proactive approach to dynamic environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Must enjoy extensive phone work and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Career interests in technology sales/marketing
• Salesforce.com experience a plus
• High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
