We are currently looking for a Regional Account Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:
Develops strategic plan for maintaining relationships and establishing new partners within the clients organization.
Maintains tracking of service implementations, account growth, and retention.
Participates in high-level contract planning.
Builds value through in-depth understanding of client needs.
Partners with Regional Manager to on board new clients.
Acts as facilitator between the client and Customer Care Operations, Billing and Training Departments
Ensures a smooth and expedient implementation of new services while maintaining expected service levels, thus enabling prompt billing.
Maintains on-going relationship with all clients in territory to maximize teleconferencing revenues and minimize attrition.
Remains educated and informed on all products and services in order to act in a consultative role for clients.
Conducts regular account reviews with key contacts to ensure satisfaction levels are maintained.
Manages customer meetings and training with little management intervention.
Presents a professional image to internal and external customers, including conducting presentations in a professional manner.
Acts as mentor to less experienced Account Managers.
Recommends service or product implementation, by listening to client needs, thus generating 100% customer satisfaction.
Generates qualified leads for further implementation of products and services to new and existing clients.
Generate customer account status reports for Manager of Account Management as requested.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to change as needed.
Ability to effectively manage crisis issues.
Requirements:
Self-starter with 4 years of successful sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in the telecommunications industry. Knowledge of teleconferencing products audio, video and web-based preferred.
Ability and desire to attain new business prospecting to C level Fortune 1000 clients.
Experience making cold calls, conducting negotiations, completing contract paperwork, and closing a sale.
Proven record of exceeding quota in a consultative solutions sales environment.
Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong team player with a commitment to value-based leadership.
Desire for solid six figure income that grows year over year.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
