I am looking for someone to write an application to automate the grading and analysis of our ACT diagnostic test.

Application requirements include

- Ability to create an electronic scoring sheet on which we will manually select radio buttons to reflect what the student selected on a paper bubble sheet

- Analysis of test score to yield at least 35 different metrics

- Displaying those metrics in a graphical format

- Create at least 3 reports that can be analyzed online or printed

- We already have the SAT diagnostic which will need to be used as a template.

�@Requirements: Current, expert level knowledge of Visual Basic and Excel 2007. Must have 3 years experience with projects of similar scale. Must work independently, create a statement of work and estimate before beginning.
