Get paid $100 to talk for an hour about your experience working in an IT operations role for a mid-to-large organization. (Interview will be via Phone).
Looking for those with 3 + years experience in one or more of the following areas:
· IT operations management, Data Center Management
· IT Change & Configuration Management (ideally ITIL or CMDB exposure)
· Release Planning, Roll-out, and Validation in Live Network
· Monitoring and maintenance of live network
· Design architecture of data center / live network
· Incident management, service desk management
· Other hands on I&O (Infrastructure & Operations) experience
· Responsibility over improving IT efficiency, reducing costs, and or increasing automation
· Real-time infrastructure and operations architecture planning & implementation (Virtualization & Cloud)
Both “hands-on” or management experience with those carrying out the above is desired. Your experience needs to have occurred at a company with at least 250 employees (public company preferred, not industry specific).
Ideal participant would have experience with process automation tools (e.g. Monitoring, Run Book Automation, Network and Server automation, configuration management database) from vendors such as HP(Opsware), BMC (RealOps), CA (Optinuity), IBM (Micromuse), Opalis, Stratavia, Enigmatec, or others.
