This unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom "Loft" style unit. The lease will run through the end of March. If you want to extend the lease you will have the option to do so or end it then. The unit includes a storage space as well. The rent will be $903. Rent also includes water/sewer and trash. Any additional utilities will be separate; this includes cable (through Comcast), and electric (through Georgia Power). This apartment is perfect for a student who wants to live near Georgia Tech but not on campus and needs a shorter lease term. Move in dates can be flexible. There are no deposits to pay however there is an $80 application fee, other than that you will simply pay the pro-rated charges for the remainder of the month followed by your first full month on the 1st of the next month or the first full month if you move in at the beginning of the month. One small pet is allowed at no additional charge or deposit, however there are certain restrictions on breed, size, etc.
