I am seeking a fitness oriented male to assist me in my weight loss goal.
I desire to lose 40-60 pds, beginning gradually with a jumpstart weight loss of 25-30 pds
I would prefer to workout in the early morning-late morning time-slot (7am-10am)
I need someone to guide and instruct me into the correct methods and lifestyle changes, so that I will be able to reach results and maintain them. We don't have to see each other everyday unless it works for your schedule, I just need basic instruction. I am not looking to be thrown into a PARRIS ISLAND MARINE bootcamp, but once I reach the desired level of achievement, will be wiiling to "BOOTCAMP" my way to the last 10-15 pds (goal)
I am single with no children and my work schedule is flexible.
I am a AA female, height is 5 feet 5 inches, 180-230 pds (have not weighed myself recently, this is an estimate)
Currently 18/20 dress size
Goal: 150-165 pds
Goal: 12/14/16 dress size
P.S. I know that sometimes when a person loses weight and have reached their desired goal, they want to keep losing more weight past their goal...of course, I am NOT opposed to this idea...I just don't wanna be a stick figure/skinny. I want to be curvy and fit. The smallest I would like to be is a size 9/10
