I am going through a divorce and will need a place to stay for a few months in Mid-January. I will pay rent, of course, but am seeking a woman, preferably w/out children living in the home. I will submit to a background check after I have seen the place and we agree to mutual terms. I am 420 friendly, and smoke occasionally. If this is a problem we wouldn't be compatible. I will not pay rent and then stand outside in the cold to *smoke*. It is not an everyday thing w/me-I am productive. I need my own bedroom and bathroom as well, but that's negotiable, all other terms can be discussed later. If you are gay, bisexual, or straight it doesn't matter to me, just be tidy and outgoing and we'll get along fine. Btw, if you believe in that sort of thing, I am a Scorpio and have a typical "scorpio" personality, so if you clash w/ all scorpios, we'd probably clash too, but if you get along great w/scorpios then we'd probably be mad cool. I am AA 32 yrs. old and have been married since I was 19, so I am very fun and positive and like positive people. I work part time, and would make an excellent roommate If we can't be friends as well as roomies I'd rather not, because a peaceful environment is imperative. I am considerate, giving, compassionate, and discerning-and I am a great friend/listener. I will need to move in January 20, 2010 but would like to get a place established asap, as well as get to know my roomate. I am also an excellent cook and baker.
