We are looking for a very smart web designer with mad CSS skills who is willing to work long hours for low pay but great equity in a funded virtual currency company sold across the USA in national retailers like 7-Eleven and GameStop. The pay will get better soon but the long hours are going to be around for awhile since we are creating a ground breaking product that will change how consumers consume digital content.
Education is not important, Web 2.0 skills and work ethic are.
Skills you need:
Ability to work with little day to day management but still hit tight deadlines.
Ability to deal with the chaos of an early stage start-up.
Ability to deal with change on a daily basis.
Hopefully you like online video games.
Ruby on Rails is our platform but is you don't have a lot of expertise in Ruby and if you are a great with CSS we can still talk. If you are a new programmer with skills looking for your first start-up please feel free to still send me a note.
