Software Business Analyst - Job Description
We are looking for a business analyst who enjoys working closely with product development, QA and engineering teams to test user interfaces, suggest features, create user guides and produce screen capture training videos. Key traits we are looking for are technical writing, the ability to communicate with both technical and non technical team members, a good sense of style, a high energy can do attitude, the ability to communicate proficiently with customers, understand customer needs, and translate them into technical requirements.
