my partner has 20 plus year of experience in roofing and has had his own successful company in the past.  Recently he came back to Atlanta after several years away and has been working for someone else.  He is ready to start his business up again and i am confident that his honesty and sound personal values will combine with his experience and passion for the work to translate into a successful business.  I am taking a minority position in the business and am responsible for the business management and marketing side. <br>

i currently have several other ventures so i cannot dedicate much time to this.  I am interested in helping this gentleman get started and i see the potential this business has.  I am looking for someone who will work under my direction and get involved now with the business plan and will then execute the sales, marketing, and business management tasks of the business.  I can point you in the right direction and keep you from making mistakes, and i can give you ideas about how to grow the business. Keep in mind it will be your job to sell the services of a roofing company.  If you don't think you can do that, do not apply.  Also keep in mind that this will be a business that you will be driving yourself. You should want to hold down this position for at least 12-24 months.  if the business is growing and you want to continue from there, that is of course great.  <br>

pay - i will be paying you a nominal amount out of my pocket until you start generating work.  at that point you'll be paid commission until the business can support a salary.  this may end up being part time work but that will be up to you and how successful you can make it.<br>

You will be responsible for setting the pace of the projects, maintaining the projects’ momentum until completion while balancing the need for profitability with the need for high customer satisfaction.    c.	Conduct weekly conference calls with stakeholders; i.e., customer and internal departments;<br>
   d.	Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.<br>

4.	Close<br>
   a.	Customer acceptance of project completion;<br>
   b.	Assemble all project completion documentation including sign-offs, photos and inventory, and work with Accounting to provide accurate invoicing;<br>
   c.	Communicate any post-project warranty requirements with Customer Support.<br>

KEY REQUIREMENTS: <br>

1.	PMP Certified or pursing certification highly preferred;<br>
2.	College degree in related field preferred;<br>
3.	Five or more years experience in Project Management;<br>

The Sales Manager is responsible for communication to, expectation setting for and ongoing coaching of independent and employee designers. • Product knowledge in either Hunter Douglas window fashions or Carpet. <br>
• 2+ years experience in Sales Management, managing reps in a multi state territory <br>
• 2+ years experience in Commission Sales <br>

Requirements<br>
Ideal candidate is bilingual and has previous property management experience in an environment requiring extensive attention related to resident relations, community appearance, budgeting as well as identifying issues and implementing necessary changes, policies and procedures.<br>

•	Experience managing and leading a team. <br>

The Provider Relations Manager works in support of the goals of the Provider Relation Group and establishes positive and effective working relationships with transportation providers, LogistiCare departments, and other related agencies to establish superior partnerships and to reduce and resolve instances of discontent between LogistiCare, the Transportation Provider Network, and other related agencies.  



The Provider Relations Manager (PRM) is an intermediary between LogistiCare (LSI) and the Transportation Provider Network (TPN). The PRM provides support to new providers acclimating to LSI; is a resource for existing providers working with LSI; and is a conduit for introducing and managing change in policy or process for the TPN and LSI staff.  The PRM serves as Ombudsman in resolving problems with and mediating disputes between LSI and TPN.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reports to the Director, Provider Relations Group (PRG) and has informational responsibilities to the designated Regional Vice President


Develops and maintains positive working relations with the TPN and LSI staff

Updates PRG Director on outcome of his/her communications with the TPN and LSI

Accepts complaints from providers or LSI staff and maintains complaint resolution database on daily basis; shares database with PRG Director and Regional VP as required



Establishes a timeframe for appropriate responses to issues raised by TPN or LSI staff

Interim reporting of progress in resolving the issues will be made weekly to PRG Director and appropriate VP

Supports LSI staff and attends meetings with the Provider and LSI as needed

Responds to help desk requests from Providers and LSI staff

Acts as a source expert on how to reach and communicate with appropriate LSI departments

Is a training resource for Providers and LSI staff

Communicates with the complainant concerning issues referred to LSI by the Provider or LSI staff

Serves as advocate/ombudsman within LSI for the Provider and the resolution of issues

Makes verbal contact with complainant within 24 hours of receipt of a complaint from the provider or LSI staff
  
Negotiates, conciliates and creates solutions to providers’ complaints and concerns

Maintains follow up contact with both LSI staff and provider following resolution of an issue to ensure it remains solved

Initiates, maintains and documents monthly communications with providers and LSI staff

As the Full Time or Part-Time Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store including all Accounts Receivables, tenant rental and showing of the property, keeping the property clean, light sales of rental insurance and small items sold out of the stores (ex. tape, bubble wrap, boxes, etc.) and assisting with auctions of delinquent units, customer service both in person and on the phone.    The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to make their property/store succeed!<br>

QUALIFICATIONS <br>

Minimum of five years of meeting planning experience, a CMP designation preferred <br>

Team player who is accountable for initiating and monitoring projects through to completion. <br>
High energy, versatile and multi task oriented, self-directed and good analytical and organizational skills with consistent attention to detail. <br>
