This PMP Certification Exam Review training course is being offered by the Source IT - Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCOE). This course is designed to primarily serve as a review course for the PMP certification exam. The pace of the course is brisk, in keeping with its objectives. Hence, it is assumed that participants have a basic understanding of the Project Management principles and concepts as defined by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and some hands-on project management experience.

The course starts with a review of the PMBOK concepts, principles including the project life cycle definition, five process groups and nine knowledge areas along with an integrated approach to Project Management. Further, the course also includes hundreds of practice questions, chapter exercises to reinforce PMP exam concepts, discussions on various situation-based case analyses, real life scenarios, test-taking techniques, and 200-questions simulated PMP practice exams.
