Sharing yoga with babies strengthens the immune system, and fosters healthy, positive experiences with lots of praise from infancy on up to preschool years. Learn over 2 dozen poses and movements to increase baby's sleep, improve digestion and ease gas pain, and decrease fussiness. Fun poses encourage tummy time. Moms will learn hands on techniques to aid in neuromuscular development. Enjoy meeting and sharing with other moms in a very supportive environment. Babies fuss, smile, eat and cry during class; it's all good!
