I purchased this single-story property in 1983 because it was on the only close (within 15-minutes) larger lake to Atlanta. Due to its close proximity and privacy, we call our community "Metro's Best-Kept Secret". It was voted one of "Gwinnet County's Best Neighborhoods" in 2008.
I am ready to retire to the country and am (only) interested in trading this property for a property in Rabun County GA, or within 20-minutes of Lakemont, GA.
