As a Route Sales Supervisor, you will supervise Route Sales Representatives to ensure that our customers receive excellent, timely service and that products are effectively merchandised in all of our supermarket accounts. Your time will be spent as follows: 80% spent training, and developing the route sales team. This could consist of route rides with RSRs, physically running routes, and/or doing market tours, meeting bakery and store management developing action plans to increase business.
Specific Responsibilities
Supervises Route Sales Representatives to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely service to supermarket accounts. Supervise and train Route Sales Representatives to ensure that they do the following:
- Maintain proper product mix in freezer per planogram.
- Maintain Point of Sale material in excellent condition, changing as necessary for promotions or to replace old or dirty POS in a timely manner.
