Ok I’m a adult entertainer with my own adult website nikkimillions.com.
I do make daily money but have been living in hotels since I moved to Atlanta.
I can prove where I pay $1950 an month at $65 a day and have been for over a year. But have no proof of income.
Paying daily rent is making it impossible to save first month’s rent at one time and pay daily where I am.

I keep my personal areas as well as common areas clean and organized and want a roommate that will help me keep that up, am drug free and roommate must be too, drink in social settings but not a partier, don't smoke, don't have pets. My decorating style is minimalistic but I love color and cool pieces.... I definitely don't want a boring space. I want a roommate that shares the same style.

As far as my personality... I'm very open minded, lighthearted and love to laugh and make others laugh, but serious when I need to be. Usually, I make it home to sleep and shower, but when I have some time in I'm probably listening to music while I work on stuff for school or work. I stay busy so I keep to myself most of the time but I am very social and would love to have a roommate that I could be good friends with too.

My Ideal Roommate: 21-28ish, Female (gay or straight) or gay male. Employed and working toward something. Good credit. Drug free and not a partier. Social. Serious when needed. Helps keep the house clean and well maintained. Friendly.


Deal Breakers for Me: Drug usage in or around the home, smoking inside, huge parties in the home (dinner parties and friends over is cool as long as we discuss guests over two people before), homophobia and racism, not paying bills on time or sharing responsibilities with cleaning and purchasing household items, my home looking like a frat house or dorm... I want my home to look nice... be clean... decorated nicely, etc.

Possible deal breakers for you: My girlfriend stays over at least twice a week (always very respectful though) and is never there when I'm not.

Perks: I keep my home very clean, I come with a brand new washer dryer set, I bring home awesome food from my part time job and from time to time will slide you free merch from my internships. I have good credit, renters history, and have a steady job.

I don't have any common area furniture but can arrange to have some if needed. I have my own bedroom furniture and plan on purchasing a new set by Feb.
