I'm relocating to Atlanta to check out the job and real estate market. I'm in the health care field(phlebotomist)and hopefully I can find a job quickly. I recently got laid off and I'm receiving unemployment insurance. So I won't have any check stubs besides the ones I get from my unemployment checks.

I don't want to stay in a hotel because I would spend way over $800 a month. My budget is $500 +/-. I know it's going to be hard trying to find a place to live the normal way without a job. So if your stuck in a lease, I can take the rent over for you.

I think now would be a good time to come out there since I'm not tied to a job anymore, I don't have any kids and I have some money saved up and the weekly checks from the unemployment department(EDD).
