This is a gorgeous rug which was under a formal dining room table and rarely ever even stepped on! (We never use the formal dining room) It is in excellent condition! It measures 8.8ft by 10.6ft. The pattern is Floral Kirman, #742. It comes with the rug pad. Great deal!
