All candidates must be reliable. Previous warehouse experience and experience in a pick/pack environment preferred.<br>
You should effectively communicate with the clients, located in another city while maintaining frequent calls with questions and/or special requests.<br>

<br>
QUALIFICATIONS:<br>
•	5+ years of previous payroll management experience including supervisory experience, and experience managing both in-sourced and outsourced payroll processing functions.<br>
•	Minimum 2 years experience managing ADP required; Experience with various payroll systems<br>
•	Trustworthy; Detailed Oriented; Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills<br>
•	Prior experience with companies such as OCE’, Pitney, IKON, Kinko, UPS or other facilities management companies a huge PLUS<br>
•	A Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Payroll, Accounting, Finance or related field<br>

Basic Function:<br>
The role is part of a team providing human resources support for Aasent Mortgage Corporation (AMC) including all aspects of the employee life cycle: recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and performance management processes.  In addition, this person will be responsible for providing human resource services and support to AMC employees.<br>

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:<br>

•                  Work with managers to understand and meet staffing needs by assisting with recruiting process including screening, interviewing, job postings and descriptions, offer letters, advertisements, and agency relationships.<br>

•                  Advise and coach managers to effectively handle employee relations issues; implement and interpret AMC policies.<br>
<br>
•                    Administer compensation; including benchmarking, annual salary increase and bonus processes for AMC employees (located on-site or outside of office).  Other components may include determining awards according to cohort, documenting compensation expectations and improving communication.<br>
 <br>
•                    Ensure the smooth running of the performance management process.  <br>
<br>
•                    Help functions identify and develop training programs aimed at developing the skills and careers of our staff.<br>
<br>
•                    Oversee new hire orientation, and human resources and benefits administration, including maintenance of HR records.<br>
<br>
•        	Manage promotion processes, coordinating between functions, with particular reference to the Senior Manager Promotion process.<br>
<br>
•        	Handle transfers, LOAs by negotiating terms and conditions and communicating this information to appropriate people within AMC; administer worker’s compensations, STD, LTD, and family medical leaves in accordance with AMC policies.<br>

•        	Provide advice to functions on HR matters: attend functional meetings, monitor morale, and participate in functional training and communications.<br>

Position Requirements<br>
<br>
<br>
•                 Bachelor’s Degree, five to seven years progressive, human resource management experience in a corporate office setting.  Prior experience in professional services firm preferred.   Master’s degree desirable.<br>
<br>
•                    Strong working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local laws.      Demonstrated experience handling human resource processes and issues related to employee relations, training, staffing, compensation and benefits administration.  <br>
<br>
•                    Ability to objectively coach employees and supervisors/managers through complex and difficult  issues. <br>
<br>
•                    Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law. <br>

•                    Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.<br>

This position develops a positive Employee Relations climate in this organization that has Logistics operations such as warehousing, DC's, order pack to fill operations, and transportation locations. The scope of responsibility includes a focus on Employee Relations, Communications, Policies, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruitment programs and activities to support the business requirements, team development, internal and government compliance. Will function as a HR Manager-Generalist over several sites. Major Responsibilities:<br>
-Interpret, communicate the interpretation of, and ensure adherence to all provisions of company policies <br>
-Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance regarding employment issues including but not limited to corrective action, grievance resolution and other employee relations functions<br>
-Answer grievances and conflict resolution<br>
-Communications--including company newsletter, internal communications, and Company HR website.<br>
-Conduct internal compliance training for both hourly and salaried employees.<br>
-Responsible for compliance with government-mandated procedures (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO, etc.)<br>
-Administer talent management programs and processes to ensure that tools are being used to create value across the organization. Work closely with managers and employees to encourage practical and meaningful application and utilization of tools and training.<br>
-Mentor other Human Resources Department & Team members.<br>
-Strong focus on Employee Relations.Compensation and Benefits<br>

Requirements:<br>
You should have a Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Human Resources Management), MBA or MS a plus, and 5+ years HR-Generalist experience in a Manufacturing Plant or Distribution Center environment. You must have demonstrated success in all functional HR areas. A PHR / SPHR designation would be a plus. The company offers continued career advancement and a strong compensation package in an aggressive growth environment. Base salary range of $60-75k.
