You must have:
- Long-term commitment
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (training and certification provided if necessary)
- Clear criminal background check

- A positive attitude and open mind to learn and grow
- Ability to handle potential medical challenges (i.e., seizures)
- Experience with working with children with developmental delay, autism and other special needs, a plus but not necessary
