Hello my name is Ms. Vaughn, I'm a 74 year old young African American Foster Parent that's in search of extra money. Please don't let the age fool you because, like the saying goes, "Your as young as you feel" and I feel GREAT! I love working with kids, I've been working with kids all of my life! I've just about housed over 35 children in my home over the years. I've been in Forster Care for about 20 years now and I love it. Everyone tells me that the presents of children is what keeps me alive and I truly believe it! At the moment I have a 12 year old little boy in my house as a foster child who's very friendly, helpful, and respectful! When it comes down to my age range it really doesn't matter, I can deal with children of any age, race, or disability.. As long as they don't kick, spit, or try to fight me. I provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in between each meal.
My prices:
$25 a day/$100 a week = for one child.
$35 a day/$150 a week = for two children.
$40 a day/$175 a week = for three children.
(A week consists of 5 Days)
If the child has a disability we would have to work out the prices based on the matter of the child disability. I also provide weekend care and over night care (Over night care is an extra $5 per child). I DO NOT pick children up, I only do drop off's.. Sorry!
