These had been installed in the home I purchased a year ago, but weren't the right model for the slope of my roof and that caused leaking and I had to replace them. I LOVE these skylights!
I have all the parts that originally came with them but am told that flashing kit appropriate to the specific kind of roof you have will need to be ordered.
I called the manufacturer and found that this was propably purchased in 2005 and will be under the remaining 10 year warantee.
