Since 1967 GA Communications has been offering its clients customized solutions across all media channels including, Advertising, Technology Services, Page Production, Photography, Design, Web Services, Art Direction, Database Management, and Multi Media Services.

Succession planning is one of the key ingredients of success for our organization to provide bench-strength for future management openings as well as to provide our valued employees an opportunity to grow their career within our organization.

We are currently seeking energetic candidates who have a passion for the service industry and desire to deliver the top notch advertising our customers have come to rely on. The Management Training Program is designed for the enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer focused individual who has the ability to motivate and lead individuals to success. The selected candidates will begin working at either our Stone Mountain GA, Malvern PA, or Livermore CA facility with probable transfer thereafter.

What’s expected:
For approximately the first year of employment the candidate(s) will be entrenched within the various departments and locations that comprise our company to learn the nature of our business from the ground up.

Those that show management potential and contribute to the goals of GA Communications shall enter the second phase of the management training program, which would involve managing one of our various departments. In this phase candidate(s) will most likely relocate to a different GA facility.

The chosen candidate(s) will become a strategic partner with management through active involvement, relationships, and business support. They will also learn and instill the culture, organization, operations processes and policies at the facility level.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business - Required
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated with a customer service driven attitude
• 1-2 years of work experience - Preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; communicating clearly and to the point
• Strong personality with the charisma to maintain customer relationships
• Strategic and conceptual ability – thinks big picture, open minded, and identifies fresh approaches
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, when needed, as directed by the needs of the business
