Great Beginners Drop In Pole Dance Class, No Prior Pole or Dance Experience is required.
Just bring a pair of shorts, Tshirt, heels with straps around the ankles or boots or sneakers.. What ever makes you comfortable to change into at the Studio. All we ask is that you do NOT WEAR LONG PANTS, STOCKINGS, THONGS OR COME NAKED! AND DO NOT APPLY ANY OILS OR LOTIONS PRIOR TO ATTENDING.
If you have any oils or lotions on , Please wash it off in the bathroom before entering the Pole Room.
Oils and Lotions makes the dance poles slippery and you will slide off of the pole and could get hurt, plus it also is annoying for everyone to have to stop class to kepp wiping your lotions off of the pole. So PLEASE be considerate of others !!
You will be learning Hot Cat Walks, Sexy Body Movements, Sultry Hip & Body Rolls, & Some Rockin Pole Dance Spins & Poses.
