Position: Solution Architect - LCMS
Pay Rate: This is very open and subject to discussion – depends on the person’s skill set, aptitude and experience. Please respond with salary history and expectation.
This person will need to be a Learning Systems Instructional Technologist and understand content development and technology—please do not apply if you are a straight instructional designer, as you need to be well-versed on the technology side as well. Experienced in several systems implementations & project management. The ideal candidate will need to be well versed in e-learning standards and systems architecture (ADL, SCORM, IMS, IACC) content authoring and authoring tools –overall to be well versed in learning technology systems and content production. Emphasis here is on having authored courses and have a deep understanding of content production.
You will then be trained on our software product suites and be able to demo the products to prospective clients in a pre-sales role and be able to implement our software and services solutions in a delivery role; developing, performing and managing technology systems integrations as well as provide client training on our solutions.
You will be based out of our Gwinnett Co office and this position requires you to travel for system implementation planning and integrations. This position is also client facing, so you should also be well-spoken and very neat in appearance.
Education & Experience:
BS in Instructional Technology or related field
3-5 years in business consulting, client relations, project management
5-7 years system implementation
3-5 years in content production and authoring courses
