Do you like working with young kids? Are you enthusiastic? Looking for a little extra money? The award winning and accredited Kids 'R' Kids Preschool at 505 Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta seeks substitute teachers to work on a day to day basis as needed to fill in for sick or vacationing employees. You would be working in a classroom of 15 to 20 children ranging in age from infants to 5 years old. You would be an assistant teacher helping a Lead Teacher who knows the children and the classroom routine. You may work for 4 to 8 hours a day depending upon our need, but no hours are guaranteed since this is a temp / substitute position. You must have reliable transportation. You must be able to lift children up to 40 pounds if needed. In some rooms, diaper changing is required and you must be willing to do this task if asked. You also must pass a criminal background check as required by Georgia Law to work with any children. You are paid on a daily or weekly basis depending upon the length of your assignment, which could be as short as one day. This is only a temporary job and as such you would not be eligible for any benefits, and there is no guarantee of any amount of work. Candidates should live in or near the Marietta / Smyrna area.
