2HIREaContractorInc is growing and we need 2 assistants one each to work with the owner and the general manager.
The owner even has an opening for a live in position at the corporate headquarters.
The general manager is responsible for the scheduling of all work orders, managing crews and checking on job completion and invoicing clients.
His assistants job duties include call center tasks such as incoming leads, data entry into saleforce, appointment scheduling and dispatch. Computer & telephone skills are a must.
The owner is a full time marketer and is responsible for lead generation, branding of the company and all forms of marketing including the web, social media, blogging, Networking & leads groups + 2hire memberships etc. As owner he is responsible for customer satisfaction and all the follow up CS calls. His assistant may need to both assist in the marketing efforts, Web & IT functions and carry out some of the general managers assistants duties as well.
A wiz kid may find this very appealing provided he is good on the phone as well.
Remember that we may even be able to provide living accommodations as part of the job.
One very talented and committed individual may be able to do both jobs.
