We sell commercial real estate. We need help managing our investor database. Excellent computer skills is a "MUST". Work includes data entry and marketing programs geared to the investors in our database. If you have the computer skills we will train you with what to do. This is not a sales position. This is an entry level opportunity for a candidate with exceptional database skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of an investment real estate brokerage business. A candidate who succeeds in this position and takes further initiative will discover increasing responsibilities and corresponding compensation up to the level of broker assistant.
The primary responsibility of the Database Coordinator will be confirming ownership information via a variety of means (telephone calls, online resources and use of proprietary databases) and maintaining the integrity of the information in our database of retail properties and owners. This person will also be required to coordinate the migration of data from a variety of formats into a primary contact management database (called Real Estate Assistant [REA]). Additionally “standard” administrative duties will also be required.
Other Specific Duties:
1. Compiling all components of our database records of retail properties and owners using a combination of phone calls, online resources and proprietary databases.
2. Maintaining the integrity of the information in our database
3. Coding, Sorting and Analyzing data to produce desired output reports for targeted marketing to real estate investors
4. Assisting in the preparation and generation of mailing lists and e-flyers for marketing execution
5. Working with external vendors to ensure accurate and complete migration of data between databases.
6. Recommendations and improvements relating to efficient management and maintenance of the database.
Candidate will be responsible for total real estate investor database management. This will include:
DUTIES:
· Complete responsibility and daily data manipulation of our investor database.
· Phone calls to real estate investors to gather and confirm information.
· Addition, Deletion and Screening of information for accuracy.
· Accumulating, verifying and entering information from a variety of sources including phone calls, periodicals, online resources (i.e. internet, web directories) proprietary software and other internal resources for database input.
· Coding, Sorting and Analyzing data to produce desired output reports for targeted marketing to real estate investors.
· Sending Investment materials to investors.
· Assist in establishing marketing techniques.
· Assist in executing a comprehensive marketing campaign utilizing refined data.

· Able to understand and translate investment criteria into useable codes for sorting
