The room is fully furnished with King size bed and giant furniture. More dresser space than you will need. Also has a large walk-in closet, its own private master bathroom with a seperate garden size tub and stand up shower.
The 3 bedrooms are on the second floor and the living areas are on the ground floor. The entire house is fully furnished as well, with all appliances, washer, dryer, and kitchen utensils. All utilities are available power, water, natural gas, garbage, wireless internet, and cable with HBO. All inclusive for only an additional $50 a month.
Two guys currently live there. Both early 20s easy to get along with and often busy working or going to school and not home all that often.
