Room and bath are available for rent in a spacious condominium off Whitlock Avenue in Marietta, GA about a mile from the Square. The room and bath are private at the opposite end of the condominium. Rent includes utilities (gas and electric). Cable, water, and trash pick-up are paid through condominium dues.
