Hey my name is Alex. I'm studying my fourth year at KSU, and I need a roomate! I have a 3 bed/ 2 bath split-level house off of Bells Ferry Rd. right off exit 4 of 575. It has a two car-garage, two living rooms, one which we have a pool table in, and a pretty decent yard, and I take care of all the maintenance. Due to the economy, my current roomate lost his job and can't pay rent anymore. Right now, it is just me and the other roomate Chris. You could have your own bedroom, which you can paint to your liking, and share a bathroom with Chris. He is a student at KSU too. No lease at the moment, a one month deposit would be necessary. I just would need about 30 days notice if you decided to move out. The cost is $330 plus utilities, which, when split between 3 people rarely go higher than 100 dollars per person. Pets may be fine depending on what it is and as long as you don't let them use the restroom in the house, and they don't chew on anything. Right now there are no dogs or cats in the house, but we have had them in the past.
